The Factory
The AI Factory in Glomfjord
Net Zero Compute integrates renewable Norwegian energy, high-performance compute, managed operations and AI environments into one production system.
Built and operated in Norway for organisations that need critical AI workloads to run with capacity, continuity and control.
Infrastructure architecture
Four layers working as one system
An integrated architecture for secure and reliable AI operations
Net Zero Compute is organised into four interconnected infrastructure layers, each responsible for a distinct part of the production environment.
Together, these layers connect physical infrastructure, compute capacity, platform operations and governance within one operated system. This integrated architecture gives organisations a consistent environment for deploying, managing and expanding demanding AI workloads.
Rather than assembling separate providers and technologies, customers work with one production platform designed for operational control, reliability and long-term scale.

The physical foundation
An industrial facility purpose-built for the AI era
Existing industrial infrastructure, engineered to support high-performance AI at production scale
The AI factory operates from an established industrial site in Glomfjord, adapted to meet the power density, cooling and operational demands of modern AI compute. Industrial power distribution, reinforced floors, high ceilings and advanced water-handling systems provide the physical foundation, while high-bandwidth networking and GPU infrastructure complete a facility that is already operational and running production workloads today.
Our 4+1 layers of operational structure:
1. AI environments
A production-ready software environment for deploying, fine-tuning and running AI models.
Model deployment, inference optimisation, model safeguards and accelerated data science are brought together through the NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform. It is included as part of the factory, requires no separate licensing.
2. Operations
Enterprise-grade orchestration and scheduling give your organisation control over workload placement, timing and priority.
Net Zero Compute operates the underlying environment, with production SLAs for predictable service. This is managed infrastructure, not an open compute marketplace.
3. Compute
High-performance AI compute is operated in Norway under Norwegian jurisdiction.
Workloads remain on Norwegian infrastructure with clear control over access and jurisdiction. The compute layer is built on NVIDIA’s advanced AI hardware.
4. Energy
Your AI workloads run on renewable Norwegian energy in Glomfjord.
Power, cooling and compute are integrated into one operating environment designed to support stable, continuous production.
5. Your applications
Your organisation controls the models, workflows and applications. Net Zero Compute operates the infrastructure beneath them.
